The retreat is open to everybody, regardless of their Yoga Level. In our everyday, busy and demanding lifestyle, we commonly use our body as a vehicle rather than living the experiences arousing in our life through our body.
In this Yoga retreat, we will move mindfully (judgmental free) through a strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and restorative yoga to integrate Mind and Body. While our practice will deepen day by day, the main focus of the practice is to be exactly where we are, feel exactly what it is that we are feeling, pleasant, unpleasant or neutral, in that very breath
The aim is to learn to use Yoga as a tool to remove stress from our life, be more receptive to love and enjoy life.
