Yin Yoga Workshop ~The Practice of Letting Go~ Part B' July 25, 2015

Yin and yang are terms of relativity! Something is only yin or yang in relation to something else! The yang side of ourselves (both physically and mentally) is the part that is more active, more masculine more focused on change (muscles and skin).

The yin side is less active, more earth oriented, more feminine (bones and connective tissue), cooler practice ideal for the hot weather during summer!

In this workshop we invite you to experience yin yoga practice. Targeting the more gentle and soft parts of ourselves; Unlike muscles that need more movement and repetition- we safely place our body in controlled positions, were we relax the muscles around the areas we are working, to bring the attention to the connective tissue; we create space between the joints allowing us to gently maintain the deeper parts of our body, than just the muscles!

What to expect:
- longer holds of floor asana (yoga poses) 
- let your body melt in the sound of soft music, candle light and some poetry
-Restore energy

Yin yoga is suitable for all levels. No previous experience is required!
