This 5-Sessions are supporting an ongoing commitment and continual exploration, to discover our own authentic nature through the art of Yoga. The approach involves; A fusion of dynamic and embodied practice with a strong emphasis on alignment through precise instructions and the use of props.
Props are used to support effortlessness while moving in, moving out as well as within the pose. Reflecting in this way, the true essence of Asana which is a natural state of comfort and joy; The feeling of being comfortable in our own skin.
