Welcome Back to Yoga

I am feeling blessed to have spent an unforgettable summer in Crete where I met amazing people that I now call friends. I tasted delicious Cretan healthy and vegetarian food and experienced lots of outdoors adventures, with the major element being the water.

Daily explorations of culture, nature, and sports grew as unexpected habits and eventually became a source of inspiration of self-re-discovery. I came to realize that as we take a step out of our comfort zone, the exploration becomes an internal practice and the recognition of weaknesses, limitations, hidden fears and desires transform into true feelings of constant evolvement, that bring out a better you; a stronger you.

With these thoughts, I invite you to hold onto the good and warm memories of your summer and the fearless spirit that comes along. Open yourself into new pursuits on the mat but also off the mat to the subsequent months. Fill your life with wanderlust; greed your day with a smile and lead your routine with an investigating exploration. Expect movement, attention, body work and meditation in your practice with me!
