Virtual Yoga Sessions

How to participate: To be part of our Virtual yoga class, simply email info@natasanirouyoga.com which session/sessions you would like to register.

Who can participate: Any-Body and Every-Body. Yoga is for anyone with a body, looking to feel good in their own body. The classes are open to any Yoga level. If you are a total beginner and never tried yoga before simply mention this on your registration email. Each class is designed and adapted to your individual needs, meaning that if there is a challenging pose there is always an alternative option.

Props needed: A Yoga mat. Yoga blocks or a small blanket are not necessary but is good to have around. If possible, access to a wall. 


Pricing Scheme: While we are slowly moving into normality, still many of us suffer economically in these challenging days and I want to allow people who lost their income to be able to attend the classes; for this reason, I am keeping the discounted prices for another month. If still is a problem for you please email me to arrange that you attend the classes for free.
