Desk Yoga are 15- 20-minute Yoga sessions, In these sessions the instructor guides you through a simple and effective sequence right in front of your computer including simple stretches, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques. The sessions can run weekly/monthly or every trimester.
Alternative Desk Yoga can be done once like above mentioned in front of the computer or as a workshop (or part of other services such as ergonomics and posture, mindfulness for business, one day Yoga retreat and Yogalab etc) in a conference room or amphitheater.
