FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

  1. Are your classes suitable for beginners?
    Classes are suitable for absolute beginners no previous Yoga experience or particular fitness level is required to attend the class.
  2. What do we need?
    Each person needs a Yoga mat, 2-4 Yoga blocks, a Yoga belt can be helpful as well. Bolsters and blankets are not essential but always helpful when available.
  3. Can we use a towel or blanket instead of a mat?
    No.  Yoga mats are mandatory for safety and comfort.  They provide support and comfort during practise, while prevent slipping in some poses during practice.
  4. What is the minimum number of people I need to run a class?
    There is no minimum number, However, if you have fewer than 5 people practitioners will be charged based on a flat rate per class.  Therefore, some companies like to set a minimum of 3- 5 people, to ensure that the cost per person stays low.  Of course, if your company is paying for the classes, this will not be a concern.
