Introductory Tester Session at the workplace
This session gives people the opportunity to find out what mindfulness is (and isn’t); Outlines the benefits of mindfulness practice as well as how to practice mindfulness meditation. This session is preparatory (and included) in the 8x week Mindfulness program
Corporate Mindfulness Program at the Workplace
8 - week Mindfulness program designed to make training easy and accessible in the workplace! 8 x45minutes sessions delivered to groups once or twice a week.
Corporate Mindfulness workshop
Corporate Mindfulness workshops can be part of a bigger event part of ‘Wellbeing days’; can be included in a bigger event or on its own. It can be combined with our Corporate Yoga program ‘Reboot- Refresh- Restart’. The workshop like the Introductory ‘Tester Session at the Workplace’ gives people the opportunity to find out what mindfulness is (and isn’t); Outlines the benefits of mindfulness practise as well as the how’s of mindfulness practice. Depending on the format of the Day and if we have the event in a non- workplace environment, that can be combined with a walk-in nature, can be very beneficial to participants.

What You Will Need
Mindfulness programm at the workplace can take place at a Quiet, comfortable space; this can be a boardroom, lunchroom, spare office or A/V room, gymnasium. Yoga mats are nice to have but are not essential, same with Blocks or Meditation cushions, chairs.
